CHILE CASCABEL SAUCE

A fresh sauce made with the Cascabel Chile.

makes about 2.5 cups of sauce

INGREDIENTS

8 each...................Tomatillos
5 each...................Chiles Cascabel
3 colves................Garlic
4 ozs.....................onion
To Taste..............Salt

PREPARATION:

1) Wash all ingredients well
2) Remove husks from the tomatillos
3) Toast the tomatillos, chiles, garlic and onion on a hot gridle until they are lightly charred.
4) Grind or puree all ingredients together
5) Adjust salt to taste.
