large tomatoes
chiles serranos
onion
garlic
oil
salt
  1. wash all ingredients well
  2. blanch the chiles and tomatoes
  3. peel the tomatoes
  4. Grind or puree the tomatoes and chiles with the onion and garlic, then add the salt to taste.
  5. Heat oil in fry pan and fry the ground mixture until it is well cooked and emits a good aroma.
