THE MARSCAFE    MYSTERY BOX

PLEASE READ THIS PRELIMINARY INFORMATION BEFORE PROCEEDING TO YOUR SELECTED MYSTERY BOX COMPETITION LEVEL OR OPTION.

After selecting your level you will then be advanced to the actual "MYSTERY BOX" page. Since this exercise will be timed and your elapsed time posted, the parameters are listed below to allow you the maximum time for the actual menu preparation.

1. The object is to create a three course menu from the items you find in the mystery box.
2. Depending on the level you select you will have between 25-40 minutes to complete and submit your menu suggestion. The exact time you will be allowed will appear on the next Mystery Box Page.
3. You should create a menu that you could prepare by yourself in 5 hours of working time.
4. You will need to give the name of each course, a description as brief or as complete as you feel is necessary and then finally list the ingredients that constitute each course.
5. Your ingredient list does not need to have the quantities specified, but you may do so if you wish.
6. Results are posted on line at the Result Page.
7. Judging will be done by your peers, those other professionals who happen to read the Result Page.
8. Have fun, get some more mental exercise and see how you compare with others.
