THE R/A/F METHOD: ORIENTATION > PHASE 1 |
This is PHASE ONE of the READY stage and begins the orientation of the new employees and should last no longer than one half a day.

ORIENTATION/MOTIVATION .
(orientation, policies and proceedures, induction) [5 days]
- List all [Managing Company Name] executives.
- List and locate all expansion plans for the {Hotel Name} Properties.
- Have maps of the hotel complex displayed to orient the employee.
Items 1 and 2 will serve to help the new entry employee understand what his future in the company could be as regards to opportunity for promotions, relocations and increased responsibility,i.e.,increased salary.
