The focus of this web site is on Hospitality Industry Food and Beverage cost controls. The goal is to create an educational and informational web resource, utilizing original content, articles, downloads, interactive exams, surveys, primers, and forum interactivity.

In 1995 I felt that the real soul of the internet phenomena was being part of it on an interactive level. I decided to start a web site, which would only become useful and valuable to the profession with your participation. As it is in the kitchen, teamwork brings the success.
